Infants

We understand the importance of a secure, comfortable “home away from home” for your infant. We have created two imaginative and nurturing rooms: The Duckling Room for infants' ages 6 weeks to 7 months and The Turtle Room for infants 8 months to 15 months. Your baby will be provided with materials and toys appropriate to their developmental level. Each infant has his or her own crib. We will follow your child's pattern of sleeping and eating and follow the schedule you prefer. We understand the importance of delivering individualized care for your infant.

We practice a “shoe free” policy in these areas. We want to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for your infant.

Each day your child's caregiver will fill out a Daily Infant Care Record to keep
parents informed. We encourage open communication between parent and caregiver.

Toddlers

Toddler's are a busy little group who have mastered the art of walking and are now running and climbing everywhere! Your child's day will be prearranged with naptimes, mealtimes, and planned activities. The environment is flexible, supporting each child's needs for a balanced day. We have a 1 to 4 child to teacher ratio for our toddler program. Your child will enjoy one-on-one time with their teachers as well as independent play time.

Each toddler will have his or her daily activities recorded on a Daily Care Record Sheet. The record sheet includes meals, sleep, and  disposition.

Each child under the age of two will have their own bed for naptimes. Children are more than welcome to bring a small stuffed animal or blanket for napping.
